Ksongz is a division of Lael Music Group seeks to provide its customers with a product that fits their needs while striving to secure their privacy. We believe that it is important for our customers to be informed about the use and treatment of the information they provide to Lael Music Group.

Information provided by the customers

In order to obtain the services provided by Ksongz, customers may be asked to give personal information, including but not limited to the following: Name, Address, Phone Number, Email address, Credit Card information, etc.

Ksongz may partner with outside vendors to provide the requested service to its customers. In the event of this partnership, only limited information provided by the customer may be given to the vendor. However, the vendors of Lael Music Group partner with us and agree to protect the information of our customers.

Excluding that which was mentioned above, all information provided to Lael Music Group will not be leased or sold to third-party businesses.

Use of Collected Information

The information provided by customers is only used by Lael Music Group for the purpose of providing the services requested by the customer and for correspondence regarding orders, updates and specials.

By placing an order with Ksongz the customer agrees to the terms and conditions set by Lael Music Group. There is no way to place and order without the acceptance of these terms. As a business that cooperates with the law, Lael Music Group reserves the right to release customer information in the following instances:

• In cases where Lael Music Group believes the release of the information is appropriate to comply with the law.
• In investigations of unlawful activity.

Security of Information

The information provided to Ksongz will only be viewed by employees of Lael Music Group for the purposes of providing the requested services. These employees are bound by a confidentiality agreement. The breaching of this agreement by employees will results in disciplinary actions.
